If you aren’t part of a group, or don’t have time to knit more than a few squares, the volunteers at Warm Up America! headquarters can combine them with squares received from others. For ease in assembly, make sure the squares measure as close to 7” by 9” as possible. Adjust needle size--or even the number of stitches--to achieve the necessary dimensions.”

Finished Measurements:

• Finished square: 7” by 9”
• Assembled afghan: Approximately 49” wide by 63” long.

Yarn: Approximately 60 yards washable worsted-weight yarn per square.
