Wasaga Sweater Junior
The Wasaga Sweater (mini) is a fitted, light raglan sweater, worked from the top down. This sweater has a folded neckline, striped sleeves and ribbing hems with i-cord finishing. Since the sweater is worked top down, it can be tried on along the way, allowing you to customize the sleeve and body length. Since every child’s body is different, always check the measurements before proceeding to knit the sweater according to the size/year, to make sure the size you choose will fit the child. The great thing about this sweater is that it is worked with thin merino yarn, making it soft and easy to wear under jackets. It is not intended to be bulky. The stripes also are a great opportunity to use up any extra yarn you have in your stash!
