You may easily alternate these patterns to be whatever size you require. You can make them washcloth size as the pattern calls for or you can easily alter the size to make them dishcloths or even towels.

Cotton yarn works very well for this pattern, especially for washcloths. The Peaches and Cream would make very nice dish towels, while the Yarn Bee is nice and stretchy for wash cloths.
