Elegant, airy, and oh so feminine. Waterflight is simply made up of a combination of knit stitches, purls and yarn overs, with some rearranged stitches here and there. The same four rows are repeated for the body of the stole. There is a minimal number of ends to weave in, as the yarn is carried up the sides for the color changes -- no breaking the yarn each time you switch.

The length of the stole can be customized to your preference.

Gauge is not essential. Just aim for a fabric that you are happy with.

I used a little over one skein of color A, but if you make the stole a little shorter, you could probably get by with one. Or if you are feeling creative, you can use color B to complete the edging on one end.

I do recommend that you choose two colors with relatively high contrast.
