1) 4mm Hook
2) Bernat Handicrafter Cotton in White, Hot Green, & Hot Pink.
(or any other med. 4 weight yarn)
3) 3 Black Beads (1cm approximate)
4) Needle to Sew in Ends
5) Magnet (optional) OR Hair Clip (optional)

Gauge is NOT important but for me my finished product is about 3½ inches x 2 inches
