This is an ocean-themed C2C crochet blanket. I have provided both a chart and written row-by-row instructions. It uses worsted weight yarn and 5.00 hook.

Switch up the colors to match your own preference and personality. The chart is an image of my own making. And the blocks are a modified version of the HDC blocks. Using Ch2, 2hdc.
