This pattern creates wavy movement using colour and short row knitting. You will be making a contemporary wide scarf. The entire scarf is in garter stitch. The pattern is written in sections. There are four different types of sections; (1) Complete Rows: Straight back and forth knitting with colour changes (using both solid colour yarn and variegated colour yarn). (2) Right Wave: Short rows working on the right side of the garment. Resembles a triangle. (3) Left Wave: Short rows working on the left side of the garment. Resembles a triangle. (4) Centre Wave: Short rows working in the centre of the garment. Sandra@SandraClarke.ca
