Intro: This smooth Snail operator wants to slime his way right into your heart!

He’s been crafted by hand, inspired right here in our beautiful country. Visiting the Montreal Biodome I came upon the real life muse for this creation. Knowing someone who would immediately love him, I whipped him up during the car ride back to Ontario.

This particular snail is based on the Waved Whelk who, like me, prefers the cold and darkness of marine life.
The wildest part of the story, I wrote down the pattern as I went.

I highly recommend the Biodome in Montreal, visiting Montreal in general (choose your month wisely).
