A delightfully thick and unusual wave pattern is used to create this luxurious warm cowl. Size is fully adjustable from fitted to slouchy - you could even make it longer for an infinity scarf.

YOU WILL NEED 250 m Aran/WW yarn in, 5.50 mm hook and a needle for neatening ends.

Quantities quoted are for an 8” deep cowl with a neck circumference of 26” unblocked and 29” blocked.

You may use different weights of yarn, if desired. Instructions are provided for adjusting the circumference repeat and for working to desired depth.

GAUGE: 6sts and 4 rows to 2” when worked in Aran. Other yarns will produce different gauges. You should aim for a lightly draping fabric that is not too stiff/loose.

This pattern is written in both UK and US terms.

A matching mittens pattern is also available. Add both patterns to your cart for a special discount price.
