This blanket pattern has been written using UK crochet terms annd using UK double knit weight yarn.

Although it was designed as a baby blanket, it would also make a good lap blanket as well.

Tension is not crucial, but a guide, plus you could also make this blanket in different weight yarns and adjust your crochet hook to the corresponding size. Note: this will effect the finished size.

I used 3 x 100 gram balls in white DK and 3 100 gram balls in multicolour DK, with a 4 mm hook.
