Wayfaring Tree Scarf
An elegant but simple lace crochet pattern, perfect for those with intermediate skills or wanting to expand their basic crochet skills. This pattern has been tested by crocheters of different abilities, and includes both written and charted instructions to work from.
To follow this pattern you will need:
5mm hook
2 x 100g 4ply yarn (one of each colour)
Blocking matts, wires & pins
If you would like to make this piece longer you can continue to repeat the panels in alternating colours

Sk: Skip Stitch
Hdc: Half Double Crochet
Dc: Double Crochet
Trc: Treble Crochet
SlSt: Slip Stitch
3dc Shell: 3 double crochet shell (3dc in 1 stitch)
2dc shell: 2 double crochet shell (2dc in 1 stitch)
Dc2tog: Decrease 2 together using Double Crochet
Dc3tog: Decrease 3 together using Double Crochet
