6 skeins #E309-5030 soft mink
• Red Heart Heat Wave medium (worsted) weight acrylic yarn
(3 1/2 oz/164 yds/100g per skein):
1 skein #E903-0880 swim shorts
• Size I/9/5.5mm crochet hook or size needed to obtain gauge
• Tapestry needle

16 dc = 4 inches; 11 rows = 4 inches

PATTERN NOTES
Weave in loose ends as work progresses.
Chain-1 at beginning of row does not count as a single crochet.
Chain-3 at beginning of round or row counts as first double crochet unless otherwise stated.
Join with a slip stitch unless otherwise instructed.
When working Chart, right-side rows are worked from right to left and wrong-side rows are worked from left to right.
To change color in indicated single crochet, work last yarn over with new color (see illustration). Carry yarn not in use along top
of previous row.
