The first hat in the series of Weave, Grain, Sway and Furrow hat patterns to match the scarf pattern with the same name contained in the multi scarf pattern Weave, Grain, Sway & Furrow.

One size pattern fits an average adult head between 21 and 24 inches/ 53 and 61 cm.

The pattern is both written and charted with instructions for knitting flat and circular with exact stitch instructions for working the crown decreases.

The pattern is 5 pages long with the circular instructions, flat instructions and charts separated so it is easier to work from.

You will need: 3 x 50g balls or approx. 250m of a standard DK or light worsted yarn.

Knitting gauge: 24 sts to 4”/10cm in pattern.
Needles: 3.5mm / US 4 and 3.75mm / US 5.

Difficulty: Beginner with experience. Pattern contains knit and purl stitches, left and right leaning decreases and yarn over increases. Crown decreases are fully written and charted.
