My example is worked with a fine 8ply cotton on a 4mm hook. You can size up or down - this pattern walks you through making your own vest to your desired measurements right from the very beginning. Yes, this will work for slim pre-teens and voluptuous bodies: it’s all done with the magic of centimeters and inches ;)
