DEGREE OF DIFFICULTY: EASY DOES IT

Parents lovingly collect babies first treasures, first picture book, first teddy bear, and for shoes. Here is a choice of first mittens for your very own little nipper or treasure trunk.

Our wee ones are thumbless. No need for gussets. They fit the tiniest member of the family. Choose the quick and easy chart of your choice and a couple of contrasting colours of leftover yarn — about the size of an orange for each will complete a pair. Load up the needles and have fun moving these to keep tiny hands warm.
