There are two things I love more than anything else in the world, decorating my home and super quick crochet projects, and this fun pattern is the perfect combination of both! This intermediate crochet pattern can easily be worked up in a weekend (hence the name;). You can use it as an entry rug, a kitchen or bathroom rug, or put it in your coziest corner like I did. I have included instructions to adjust the size as you like, so this pattern really couldn’t get more versatile!

Materials

  • Approx. 875 yards of any bulky weight yarn, including fringe. I used up almost 3 balls of Bernat Maker Home Dec in Steel Blue, so keep in mind that you will need more yardage if you decide to increase the size or add a border.

  • US size L (8mm) crochet hook

  • Common notions such as scissors, stitch markers, measuring tape, yarn needle, etc.

Measurements

Approx. 35” long by 20” wide, not including fringe.

Gauge

12 sts x 9 rows = 4” in arrow stitch.
