This is a fairly chunky hat and super cute/handsome on either gender. Because of the large needle size and yarn weight, it knits up in about 5 hours give or take. Also, it’s a very simple pattern, great for beginners.

I did mine with size 17 US double pointed knitting needles. The color I used the most of was black, the skein was at least 3/4ths gone when I finished. They grey had plenty left and the pink i barely touched.
