Well-Loved Teddy
Teddy has been so well loved he needed patching up to stop his stuffing escaping!
He’s still happy and smiling, even though he’s got mismatched ears and odd legs.
All his bumps and Boo-Boos just show how much this teddy bear has been loved and cuddled!
Well -Loved Teddy’s pieces are knitted flat and seamed.
Lots of photos guide you in placing the simple embroidery stitches which are used as decoration.
If you are making this teddy for a small child, please use my instructions for extra safe embroidered eyes.
Approx. 15g of yarn A is needed, less than 10g of colour B and only a few meters/yards of colour C. You can of course use as many colours as your yarn stash and imagination allows!
I use needles which are smaller than the recommended size to give a tight, close knitted fabric, If you are using an alternate yarn choose a needle 2 (or even 3 sizes) smaller than recommended to give a nice tight knitted finish.
