This pattern tells you how to knit a Welsh flag themed top down dress and knickers. The clothes are suitable for any of the animals in my store and are knitted flat on two needles and seamed up afterwards.

You will need:
4 Ply or sport Weight Yarn
A pair of 2.75mm straight knitting needles
1 x 6mm button
