Designed by Claudia Q

While many people are in awe of Canada’s national parks and bustling cities, upon my arrival I was struck by the windswept prairie wheat fields. With this cardigan, I want to portray both the landscape — that golden, softly rustling expanse — and my childlike enthusiasm at encountering it for the first time

The cardigan is worked from the bottom up. It features a circular yoke with a lacy garter ridge pattern. The sleeves are worked separately in the round to the base of the yoke. They are then joined to work the yoke. A section of short rows is worked at the bottom of the yoke for a more comfortable fit
