This is a longer fingerless mitt pattern designed to let just the tips of your fingers poke out. It will fit most female hands. Adjustments to length can be made by increasing or decreasing the amount of wheat stitches. The wheat stitch measures approximately 1.5 inches/4cm. The fiber used is very stretchy so width adjustments are not likely. I used Malabrigo Rasta for this pattern ~ A super bulky yarn. I recommend using a similar yarn if substituting. You will need 3 Double Pointed Needles in size 10.5US/6.5mm and 3 Double Pointed Needles in size 11US/8mm. Malabrigo comes in approximately 90yds so one skein is enough. If using another type of super bulky yarn, you will use approximately 70yds/117grams for the pattern as written.
