The idea for this design is a result of the desire to use leftover yarn from theKTstudio’s Which Way Shawl. The scarf is constructed with 30 multi-directional triangles (5 in each of 6 different colors). The bold garter stitch pattern is created by holding 3 strands of a light DK weight yarn together. The pompoms on each tip end are just fun! The long length and narrow width allow the wearer layering options. The pattern is easy to memorize and a chunky weight yarn held single strand is a good substitute.

This scarf project uses half the total yardage of 6 skeins of Knit By Numbers yarn or 819 total yards held triple strands. If a chunky yarn is chosen, project requires approximately 273 yards held single strand including the 2 pompoms.
