The Whimsikal hat was created as part of a mystery colourwork KAL I hosted on Instagram. My youngest son was upset about having his 7th birthday during the social distancing required to deal with the Coronavirus pandemic so I designed this bunny hat to cheer him up and I thought maybe it could bring other knitters some whimsical joy too, while they are separated from their friends and families at Easter time.

This pattern includes full written instructions (including the colourwork) as well as charts.

Yarn Requirements
M (main colour - solid): approx. 35g /1.23oz of fingering weight yarn (sample used 115m /126y of Webspunwares Orb Weaver which is 472m/516y per 100g/3.53oz col. Omplalotus).
