This is the perfect cozy crochet sweater / jumper / vest for fall, its airy lacy mesh design makes it great for between season temperatures. You could also make it out of breathable cotton yarn for a summer coverup. Its front and back panels are inspired by willow granny squares giving it a gorgeous boho, cottage core look.

This pattern is also EXTREMELY customisable you can choose to make it baggy, oversized, dropped shoulder, OR fitted and cropped, the sleeves are optional, (so you can absolutely make a vest if desired) there is also an optional hood so you can turn your sweater into a crochet hoodie! There is optional ribbing for the sleeves and bottom of the the sweater and also the option to add thumbholes!

This pattern has step by step instructions and includes many photos so you’ll have a visual aid every step of the way.

Upon purchase of this pattern you will also receive a “Tester Examples Booklet” that will include photos from all the lovely testers that helped perfect this pattern (their photos can also be found in the images of this listing) along with the specific yarns and hook sizes they used for their garments. This will hopefully inspire you when creating your own Whimsy Willow Sweater and you’ll also be able to see how this design fits different body.
