Mix and match or keep one and give one—double the fun with a hat or cowl to knit and a scarf or shawl to weave! So many knitters are learning to weave, so I challenged myself to make a design that uses the same pattern for both knitting and weaving. The stranded colorwork hat or cowl knits up beautifully in soft woolen–spun merino and the scarf or shawl is a fun color-and-weave pattern woven in a soft and strong cotton + wool blend. These patterns work equally well with a bold contrast or subtle tone-on-tone—have fun with it!
