Cable stitches have always had a special place in my heart. There is something timeless and elegant about the way they twist and flow, like quiet stories woven into the fabric.

This pattern was inspired by the magic of the Christmas season — cozy evenings,quiet music and the warm feeling that comes from handmade things.

Even though the design was born from winter memories, these socks are not meant only for the holidays. Their clean, balanced cable pattern makes them just as suitable for everyday wear, no matter the season. They are a reminder that comfort, beauty, and a touch of tradition can be enjoyed all year round.

The pattern is worked from the cuff (2 by 2 ribbing) to the toe with a repeating cable motif and a reinforced heel flap.

Sizes EU shoe sizes: 35-36 (37-38) 39-40 (41-42) 43-44

Gauge 24 stitches x 33 rows = 10 x 10 cm 4 x 4 inches in the pattern(see chart pag.9) on 4 mm US6needles.

Needles and tools

• 3,5mm + 4mm US680 cm circular needle (Magic Loop technique) or double pointed needles, or the required needle size to obtain gauge;
• cable needle;
• Stitch markers;
• Tapestry needle;
• Scissors;

Yarn
100 (110) 120 (150) 150 g Drops Fiesta (50 g = 110 m) or any DK weight yarn to obtain the gauge.
