We crochet this pumpkin as a flat panel first, using a special stitch: the hdc puff. Each puff is worked into the same stitch, and it makes a soft, raised bump that gives the pumpkin its unique texture. Although the shape and color combination aren’t fancy, the texture makes it attractive.
