You can really use any yarn you like for the worm, I use cotton because it is firm, so doesn’t stretch when I stuff. I like the wiggles, they are done by increases and decreases on opposite sides of the worm. It’s a tiny bit more complicated than a straight tube, but not difficult. It’s free, so maybe give it a try?
