Wild Child Cardy is a relaxed fit statement garment made up of colour pop squares designed by Lee Sartori. With a boxy silhouette and simple collar shape, all the attention is on the beautiful floral details of the squares and the co-ordinating edgings. Mood-boosting colours and a finer yarn weight make this project a fun creative challenge. This cardigan’s wow factor will add me-made joy to any summer outfit.

Crocheted in our durable, soft, eco-friendly Amble yarn this is a great easy-to-care-for project made from Easy-wash Merino wool, Easy-wash alpaca and recycled nylon. Easy-wash is a trademarked name that refers to a process used to make the wool and alpaca fibres in Amble machine washable without shrinking. The Easy-wash method is chlorine-free and AOX-free, making it a better environmental choice for producing machine washable wool.

By Hook II
By Hook II, The Fibre Co.’s second crochet collection, features playful summer garments and accessories by top designers. All six pieces were inspired by joyous dressing and the fun and spontaneity of the season. For sunshine-filled days, the chosen palette of Amble, Meadow and Luma yarns is designed to boost the mood and get creative juices flowing. Soft pastel tones clash with brights for a bold, contemporary look, while natural fibres and relaxed silhouettes make this a wonderfully wearable collection abounding with carefree style.

These patterns are perfect for crocheters looking to try something new, and knitters who haven’t dabbled in the craft before. Say yes to a crochet adventure this summer, and colour yourself happy with yarn.

Sizes
1 (2: 3: 4: 5: 6: 7: 8: 9)
The given sizes are called Sizes 1-9 and are recommended to fit a chest circumference of: 71-76 (81-86: 91-96: 102-107: 112-117: 122-127: 132-137: 142-147: 152-157) cm (28-30 (32-34: 36-38: 40-42: 44-46: 48-50: 52-54: 56-58: 60-62) in)

Recommend Ease
Due to the nature of the construction, using square motif of a specific size, there are three finished chest measurements to choose from across the range of 9 sizes. Each size differs in the amount of positive ease across the chest, as follows: 52-47 (42-37: 32-27: 82-77: 72-67: 62-57: 98-93: 88-83:78-73) cm (20.5-18.5 (16.5-14.5: 12.75-10.75: 32.25-30.25: 28.5-26.5: 24.5-22.5: 38.5-36.5: 30.75-28.75) in).

Should you require less positive ease for your chest, you can decrease your hook size to make a smaller motif. Any changes to the motif will also affect sleeve and length measurements, and yarn quantities.
