This is an Advanced Beginner hat pattern that comes in 4 yarn weights: Super Bulky, Light Super Bulky, Bulky, and Light Bulky. It is sized for an adult. The size of needles needed ranges from US 8 (5.0mm) to US 15 (10.0mm), depending on the weight of yarn used. Less than one skein is needed for the main color.

Update: A new version of the Wild Lupine Beanie pattern has been added! In addition to the 4 yarn weights available, the pattern now has an option called Light Bulky Bold. For this option, the main color is Light Bulky yarn and the contrasting color is Bulky yarn. This creates more pronounced contrasting stitches for a look that is fun and BOLD!
