The Wild Rover Shawl was designed for Roving Indiana 2019, a central Indiana yarn crawl. It uses less than a skein each of 2 fingering weight yarns. The original shawl used the Roving Indiana 2019 special edition colorway from Wonderland Yarns, “Memories Abloom,” paired with yarn from an Indiana dyer, Sweet Tea Yarns, in the color “We Could be Royals.” Both yarns are available at Village Yarn Company in Zionsville, IN.

If substituting different yarns, I suggest using a variegated color and a solid or tonal for the complimentary color.
