The Wildberry Shawl is a special collaboration between Seismic Yarn, Teal Torch Knits, Silver Pennies Yarn Co, Crafty Little Fox, and Justine Chenel Designs. Debuting at Flock Fiber Festival, find kits which include yarn, pattern, and project bag at Booth 69/70 during Flock weekend, August 10th-11th.

Individual pattern available for sale August 10th.

Inspired by our collective love of fiber festivals, this shawl celebrates friendship and the connections we make through yarn and stitching. This asymmetrical triangle shawl features garter stitch color blocks and stripes that show off speckled and variegated colorways with a little textured lace stitch in a contrasting pop of color. Worked from CO point, increasing in size to BO edge, this shawl is relaxing to knit with an easy-to-memorize textured eyelet stitch as a fun contrasting pop of color against the speckled background. The decreases that form the spine of the shawl are always done on the RS. Keep track of the RS of the shawl by using a progress keeper. It is noted when to carry or break yarns when changing colors within the pattern, but feel free to carry yarns for the entire shawl if desired. Necessary skills include knit and purl, working increases (yo, kfb) and decreases (k2tog, ssk), working with more than one yarn color. Instructions are provided in written format. Please read through the entire pattern to familiarize yourself with its construction before starting to knit.
