Wilhelminas are long colorwork socks for women. They are knitted from leg to toe with reinforced heel. You will need three contrasting colors, colorwork is knitted with two colors. You can use either DPNs or circular needle in knitting the pattern.

Yarn: Novita Nalle (260 m / 100 g) or DK weight yarn in wool or fiber of choice in 3 contrasting colors.

Gauge: 22 sts and 32 rnds = 4” / 10 cm in stockinette stitch on size US 4 / 3,5 mm needles
25 sts and 31 rnds = 4” / 10 cm in colorwork on size US 4 / 3,5 mm needles

Needles: Size US 2.5 / UK 11 / 3 mm and US 4 / UK 9 / 3,5 mm DPNs or circular needles or size needed for the gauge
