The Window Pane Scarf crochet pattern is easy and breezy, perfect for an advanced beginner. The open texture lends a fluidity and drape to the fabric. The buttons add flair and versatility to the scarf - you can button up the scarf in a moebius or a circle, anywhere along the sides of the scarf, or not at all. The scarf was designed to double or triple loop around your neck/shoulders.

I designed and wrote this pattern for experienced beginners. The pattern is written using standard American crochet instructions. The pattern does NOT include a stitch chart. This is NOT a photo tutorial.

Please be aware that U.S. crochet stitches may not be the same as stitches from other countries. If you learned crochet in a country other than the United States, please do an internet search to see if there is any difference between U.S. stitches and the stitches in your country.
