I designed this sweater for knitters who haven’t knit a sweater that requires finishing. Wings is a good introduction as it requires seaming but no bands. The only tricky thing is seaming the drop-shoulder sleeves to the body, but the pattern includes links to a video and an article on the topic.

To make this sweater a bit more interesting to knit, there is a simple knit/purl pattern at the bottom. (This is the topic of the Stitch Anatomy article.) This stitch pattern is separated from the the rest of the body by a Horizontal Chain Stitch, which is optional.

Note that there is a difference of about 6” for each size. Select a size that reflects the desired amount of ease.
