You know the feeling of walking home on a wintery night? When it’s not too cold, but just right, it’s peaceful, there’s not many cars or people around and you wish you could just capture this moment. And just as you’re thinking that, it starts snowing big flakes but they’re falling so lightly, you feel like you’re in a snowglobe and the night sky acts as the perfect backdrop.

I tried to depict that, one of my favourite things, in this dishcloth. This minimalist style picture dishcloth onlooks a bridge with an old timey streetlight and simple eyelet lace snow in the background.

As a play on perspectives while knitting the scenery, it’s an easy and fun project to make up whenever you feel like it.
