Winter Dog Sweater
This pattern in done in US tems.

This pattern is worked by using 2 strands of yarn together for the body & belly band of the sweater.
Sizes X-Small (Small, Medium, & Large) I will work up X-large size.
For xx-small size please read notes below.

Size Measurements are as followed:
Chest Back Width Chest Lengh (From top of neck to end of back)
X-Small 13 inches 11 inches 14 inches 11 inches
Small 16 inches 13 inches 16 inches 13 inches
Medium 18 inches 15 inches 20 inches 17 inches
Large 21 inches 18 inches 24 inches 20inches

Materials
Hooks needed K/ 10 1/2- 6.50MM, J/10- 6.00MM H/8- 5.00MM,
Yarn
I used the following:
Caron 1 pound skein of Gold/Dark Yellow for the yellow Minion
Red Heart Super Saver Amethyst (7 ounce skein) for the Evil Minion.
A small amount of each grey, white & black yarn. I used what I had in my stash.
4 to 6 medium size buttons. The amount of buttons needed depends on the size of the sweater. I used 4 for the xx-small - small, 5 for the medium & 6 for the large.
Yarn needle ( to sew eye & mouth on also to weave in the tails)
Scissors

Stitches used-

slip st- Slip Stitch

beginning double crochet (beginning dc): Ch
2, draw up loop in 2nd ch from hook, draw up
a loop in same st as ch 2 (3 loops on hook),
yarn over, draw yarn through 2 loops twice.

dc- Double Crochet

sc- Single Crochet

hdc- Half Double Crochet

MC- Magic Circle

Crab Stitch

Basic Base of Sweater-
If you are making a XX-Small use J/10- 6.00MM and follow the pattern for the X-Small. For all other sizes use K/ 10 1/2- 6.50MM
