This cowl starts with a stretchy border, is tapered in slightly, and is bound off with firmer stitches such that it makes a fluted end product. When worn, this fluted shape sits nicely on the shoulders and drapes well over the front of your body. The stretchy edge can be pulled up over the head to cover your ears and keep falling snow off your hair.
