This little hat makes practical use of a single ball of Noro Silk Garden, using up most of the yardage with enough leeway to cut out one of the colour shifts if you really don’t like it (ask me how I know.)

The decrease points for size M make a perfectly curved crown, but in L and S it’s a little more squared off, unless you’re wearing it snug on your head.

Knit in this yarn, a blocked size M fits my 21.5” head very comfortably.

I found that Noro Silk Garden relaxed a little after blocking, so swatch accordingly.

Adult Small (Medium, Large) - 18” (19.5”, 21”) around - all sizes 7” long so as not to have scallops slipping over your eyes, but there’s enough yarn in a ball to add a round or three to the brim if you want it longer.
