This is a pattern for Winter is Coming Mittens. The palm side of the mittens have a detailed colorwork pattern. The backs of the mittens say “Winter is Coming” with a snowflake pattern.

1 Skein (155 yards) of Fingering Weight Yarn in Red (Main Color, MC) I used Lang Yarns Merino 200 Bébé in red
1 Skein (120 yards) of Fingering Weight Yarn in White (Contrast Color, CC) I used Lange Yarns Merino 200 Bébé in white

These mittens are knit in the round using magic loop method or with double pointed needles. Written in standard US terms. This pattern uses size 1 needles.

Gauge: 34 stitches x 32 rows = 4” in knit colorwork.
