The throw is knitted bottom up in 5 strips. There is no need to knit individual squares. The strips are then sewn together.
You will need 1 pair 4.5mm needles to knit the body of the throw and 1 x 4.5mm circular needle for the edging. The finished throw measures 110cm x 110cm.

The pattern is a combination of charts and written instructions.
