This quick, plaited cowl is knit in the round, requiring no seaming, and is stretchy enough to fit over head, yet fit snugly around the neck to keep out the winter chill. Instructions are written in full with adjunct charts. Suitable for beginners.

MATERIALS
100g Fyberspates Scrumptious DK (shown in Cherry) or Rooster Almerino DK
3.5mm medium length (60-80cm) circular needles or as required to achieve the tension
Small cable needle

TENSION
20st x 32 rows = 10cm/ 4 inches over plait pattern on 3.5mm needles

DIMENSIONS & SIZING
One size = 22.5cm/ 8.75” deep. A smaller cowl can be made by removing 2 purl st from each repeat (CO 147st) and reducing the number or rows between plaited rows.
