Looking for something exciting and new to knit? Our gorgeous set is knitted using the lantern light technique!

This set is made using a special technique called lantern light and is made of two layers — the top lace layer and a simple stocking stitch layer in a contrast yarn. This makes the fabric double in thickness. To achieve the same thickness, the rib and the crown of the beanie (or top and bottom of the cowl or hand warmers) are worked by holding two strands of yarn. Single strand layers as well as two-strand parts are worked on the same size needles.
