Wipeout Washcloth
The Wipeout Washcloth can be used around the home or as a face washer. The pattern is great for advanced beginners who want to graduate to some slightly more complicated stitches, and makes up fairly quickly.
Finished Size: Approx. 7 x 7 inches (18cm x 18cm) however this will vary depending on your chosen yarn and tension. I recommend measuring the base chain to confirm the width before continuing with the pattern. Instruction are provided within the pattern to help you resize your washcloth as required.
Materials: The pattern uses a 5.5m (I) crochet hook, and I have used Bendigo Woollen Mills 10ply cotton but any cotton yarn will work. I have included instructions within the pattern as noted above, to resize the washcloth if using different yarn/tension. You will need 1 skein of a single colour, the pattern uses approx. 65m of yarn however you may require slightly more if using a bulkier yarn.
Stitches: Double crochet (dc - US terms) and a double crochet cluster (dcc). I have provided instructions (with photos) in the pattern to explain the steps required for this stitch. If you can dc, you can make a dcc!
