Add a handmade touch to your Christmas decorating with this Christmas Tree Skirt, created using my Wispy Willow Hexagon Granny Squares. The combination of delicate texture and granny square charm makes this a lovely way to bring colour and crochet into your holiday home.

The hexagons are joined using the Join-As-You-Go (JAYGO) method, which adds to the lacy look of the skirt while securely crocheting the motifs together rather than sewing them. Designed with an opening on one side, the skirt lays flat around the base of your tree and can be easily placed on and removed whenever needed.

This Tree Skirt pattern is a 25-page PDF and includes full step by step written instructions, detailed diagrams, charts, and images for the motifs used in this project, along with the join method.
