The Wisteria Sweater is worked seamlessly from the top down using a European drop-shoulder construction. You begin by knitting the back flat and shaping the shoulders. Stitches are then picked up for each shoulder and shaped separately before being joined to work the front.

Once the front and back are connected, the body is worked in the round to the hem. The sleeves are picked up around the armholes and worked in the round after the short row shaping. The hem, cuffs, and neckline are finished with a picot edge.

Optional body shaping is included, and you can also add embroidery to the sleeves.

The pattern also offers optional bust darts to improve the fit.
