The crescent shape of this shawl is closely connected to the wolf and the woods theme. The body is grey like a wolf’s fur and the leafy border evokes the feel of the forest where the wolves live. The simple construction of the main part is beautifully emphasized by a more intricate applied border. Do you sense the wolf peeking at you through the foliage?
