This shawl is a special crescent construction born during Austrian Yarn Club’s autumn summit Wollness Weekend in October 2016.

I had been asked to find a solution to prettify the upper edge of a short row less crescent construction, and came up with this solution. It uses more stitches at the start to get rid of the little tip showing at crescent shawl patterns with similar construction - simple but effective!

No short rows were used during knitting of this object. ;)

Using solid or semi-solid yarn colors show the stitch pattern best.
