WOODLAND STOCKINGS

Adorned with whimsical forest animals and frosty winter scenes, these heirloom-quality stockings are bound to provide beautiful holiday cheer for years to come. This pattern includes four different designs—bird, squirrel, rabbit, deer—so you can knit them all!

The Woodland Stockings are knit from the top down, starting with a chevron-textured cuff. This design uses two colors of worsted-weight yarn and stranded colorwork knitting to create the forest scenes. Inverse versions of all the colorwork charts are included. The mock short-row heel and i-cord loop for hanging will make the Woodland Stockings a polished addition to any mantel.
