Woodlander…an inhabitant of the woods.

Knit using Miss Babs Tarte, in Trillium Reliquum (a perennial flower that grows in the forests of the Southeastern US) the name seemed to be a perfect fit.

This highly variegated yarn required a simple pattern that showcased the exquisite colors Miss Babs is know for.

Woodlander is a heart shaped shawl with a clean contemporary style, suitable for women, men and teens too.

The pattern has detailed written instructions as well as picture tutorials and a schematic with blocking dimensions. Metric measurements included. Gauge is not an issue if using the same weight yarn and needle size.

Additional materials required are:
US #4 (3.5mm) circular needle. Mine was 48”(120 cm) in length
4 markers and a tapestry needle.

Please note…I had 22 yds (20 m) remaining from a 500 yd (457 m) skein, so make sure you have enough yarn.
